关于E选项的一点个人看法

首先原题干重的unlikely的意思是不太可能的而并非是绝对不可能也就是说发病人不太可能会减少

再看E选项，新建three new pants 我认为是会增加the risk of the disease 也就是这些工厂很有可能会有较高的排放量

risk 和 unlikely相呼应表达一种预测而非定论

所以其实是很严密的。

个人看法不知道对不对。。
