使命造就领导者
Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the
statement and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting
your position, you should consider ways in which the statement might or might not hold true and
explain how these considerations shape your position.

提纲：不完全同意，使命（责任）给了领导者机会，成就了领导者，但是不能创造领导者
一、特定的时代提供了很多机遇，成就了领导者
二、领导者的个人能力要求很高，一个组织并非所有的成员都可以担当领导者
三、领导者的造就取决于很多因素，不是单一的责任或者使命就能创造的

这句话有点像：时势造英雄。如果是中文，你会怎么写？我觉得第二点有点偏。

第二点做个改动机遇是为有准备的人提供的如果一个人从不为可能的机遇做好准备让自己有能力完成使命即时被赋予使命也难以领导国家或是组织作出一番成就所以个人的能力和准备是成为领导的重要因素，使命只是为领导者提供了一次机会怎么样？
