E为什么不可以啊

我觉得C有问题，cowering in the corner到底是修饰she, 还是child.应该选E吧

当初学习语法的时候老师说过这种情况，其实大家都说C有岐义不知道E才真的有岐义。也就是说who是可以修饰she的。
c没有这样的问题。
