Why are you in troubles?? You have a good job! So everything will be allright. The first thing you need to think about is what your goals are. Only when you have decided what you want to do, can we figure out where you should go to study an MBA, although in general the rule of thumb would be to get into the best school you can get into. I would say that in the US your sweet spot would be in the "Tier 2" schools ranked somewhere between about 20-50. In Europe, any school outside the top 3 will be possible for you.
In the meanwhile just get a great score on that TOEFL!
