[求助]cornell 到底要求什么样的成绩单？

申请cornell 的朋友指点一下：

我是把推荐信和成绩单放在一个package 里面的。 昨天看网上的status: 居然写推荐信收到。 成绩单没有收到。  搞什么呀？

还有网页说应该fax 给他们GMAT 成绩。 我已经让ETS送分给他们了。 还要fax 嘛？ （我发fax 很不方便。）

when did you submitt your applications? (ie. when did you pay the application fee? that's the time they consider you actually submitted.)  Anyway it takes a few days to change your status from "accepted" to "complete". So what you saw last time may not be up to date. As for GMAT score, I suggest you double check the school code against your confirmation from ETS. You can then email Admissions and tell them ETS has in fact send them the official score. Based on what I see from my own status report, they actually do verify your official score before sending your file to the committe.

I doubt there is going to be much change today or tomorrow. it's thanksgiving But write to them ASAP to clarify. School will be closed for at least two weeks at the end of the year. you'll want to have your file sent to the committe for review before that.

FYI- I assumed you applied for round 1. they told me interview invitations will be sent out anytime between now and the notification date.

他们不会一定要求成绩单从学校寄吧。 我是让学校封好信口盖章的。jane MM, 你是怎么做的？

我给学校写信了，问GMAt的问题。 cornell 似乎不是一个回信很快的学校。 sigh.

I just double checked their instructions. It didn't explicitly say the transcripts must come from the Registrar. Sounds like your transcripts are sealed with registrar's stamp. So I assume what you did is OK. I guess at this point, all you can do is wait for a few more days for their email reply. Today (wednesday), tomorrow (and probably Friday) are pretty much gone because of Thanksgiving.

By the way, when you fill out your on-line application, did you indicate the names of your schools? That's the only thing I can think of that might be holding your status.

Cornell is average in terms of replying emails. You haven't seen the other schools yet. For one, I'm still waiting for Duke to send me their catalog and I requested it 2 months ago

yes. I did.  hope they will reply me soon.

By the way, duke sent me their catalog although i didn't request one. so it is weird they keep you waiting for so long.
