whose是非限定定语从句，为什么谓语inspried前还要加also，这样去掉whose从句，句子就是Bluegrass musician Bill Monroe also inspried many musicians。了。这个also在语义逻辑上不就很奇怪了吗？？？

你的逻辑是对的，但是你把句子简化以后再读，还是觉得需要also，毕竟是重复的意思。
eg. Mark, who built the first social network website, also built the first music website.
