本科英国毕业还要TOFEL或者雅思么(UIUC)？

今天收了封信UIUC的。。竟然问我要补雅思或者托福。。。这这这到现在为止这是头一家啊。。。。
问下是不是要发信回去和他说么？但是他信里提到我英国读书5年啊。。。。
这是肿么一回事。。。。。其他的都没问我要啊。。。。

肯定是不需要的，你看看他的说明，一般B school对英语国家的degree都不需要雅思或者托福的。在application instruction里面都有写
