读完博士后，在中国很多情况都会被认为是overqualified，如果你不想去研究院所和学校的话。

博士后 is not a degree, nor a qualification. It is a working experience after PhD.

倒不是lz盲从别人的想法，而是lz生活的圈子，不是读MBA的圈子。这是最主要的原因。你跟不在一个圈子里的人说话，那当然别人不理解了。
