新prep里一个倒装的问题

我的疑问：如果选择D，总感觉句子没有说完。the threat...and the decline...后面就没有了。

among them the threat blah~ and the decline blah~是獨立主格結構，表示在challenges裏面包括threat and decline
lz可以把threat and decline提前，變成the threat blah~ and the decline blah~ among them，這是一般獨立主格結構--[noun + noun modifier]
但是這裡among前面的成份太長了，因而為避免頭重腳輕，把名詞成份放到後面了

p.s. correct answer is D
