I dont understand your question because all the decent PhD in Finance program request the applicant has very strong quantitative and math background. You may check the faculty member's research interest for each interested program.

first of all, you need to verify the diff between DBA and Phd in Finance,,,they are diff.

and, all phd in fin require intensive research powered by math. this is not a question for you
