急助~ 快考试了，几道语法题求教~

1。 The major component of the sedimentary rock called shale is clay, an earthy, fine-grained material consisting primary of a particular group of crystalline minerals.

选 primary， 但是不明白应改成什么，consisting 应是什么做什么成份呀？

2。 Small to medium-sized marsh birds similar in body shape by cranes, rails are found throughout the world, except in the polar regions.

marsh 好像是名词吧，请问名词可以修饰名词吗？这题实在不懂。

3。 As sweeteners, there is very small difference between honey and sucrose, although the former does contain minimal quantities of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids.

选small，但真不知道怎么改，句子想不通。

4。 Lactose, a sugar present in milk, is one of simple sugars used in food preparations for infants.

pressent 做什么成份阿？哪里错啦？红色部分应怎么解释才通？

5。Because Mars is farther from the Sun than          , Mars takes longer to complete a revolution.

可以分析一下句子结构吗？应属哪个知识点啊？我选了b，错哪里？A 又是怎样选出来的？

不是说副词不能修饰名词吗？为什么originally是对的？（95年10月题）

我是一只小菜鸟，可能有些问题已经问过了，但是面临考试，麻烦各位GG&JJ帮帮我，解答一下好吗？感激不尽阿~

1.  primarily, 后面可以理解成 which consists of.........,这里用了分词形式，修饰前面的material

2. 名词可以修饰名词， 比如a book report

3. little

4. 这题有争议，我选C，one of the,   present这里做形容词，前面省略which is

5. 比较结构，

6.originally不是修饰名词，完整结构应该是 which is originally New York City

副词修饰分词和动名词时通常后置，修饰动宾时逻辑宾语过长会放在前面。

这里primarily修饰consisting后置。

可以详细说说吗？没弄懂你的意思~

一般same不划线，但后面的连词会划线，很多题这样，比如：that划线，正确答案应为把that改为as,

too,very划线, 上后面的找that, 若有that,，too,very改为so,

有很多这样的词，需要自己做题时多总结
