而是

if parts satisfy the goverment test, they are not poorly constructed.

原文的前提不是在国内生产，而是要通过检测

这题想了老半天,也查了老贴课还是没弄明白,为什么c不对,

如果想c取非foreign-made parts satisfy our government standards ---->应该也变得reliable,因为Clark parts通过了国家标准就认为是reliable....所以c取非后不也削弱结论么

请大伙帮我看看,哪里出了些推理问题

按lawyer的方法，C取非后并没有削弱Clark parts，也没有削弱”坚持用Clark parts",所以C可以理解为对结论不起作用。
