这个题目有个考点就是 Such+名词+as的举例，也就是B选项的 such nonsalary compensation as....
C选项的those指代前文出现过的nonsalary compensation 则C 选项的意思就是 nonsalary compensation（those） in nonsalary compensation（allowances for overseas assignments and club memberships）逻辑意思错误。

如果不好理解，举个中文的类比例子：

B选项：我喜欢吃水果，比如苹果，香蕉。
C选项：我喜欢吃水果，比如水果类的苹果
可能例子不是很恰当，但就是这么个意思，不知道楼主能否理解
