从官网上看了几段介绍：
The MSF China Program is a unique opportunity to further your education in the field of finance. It combines the finest of both programs in financial engineering and master's in finance. With today's job market, the demand is shifting towards having a quantitative background with an ability to understand financial markets, policies and strategies.

This two-year Program will deliver exactly the same curriculum as the regular two-year MSF Program at GWSB http://business.gwu.edu/msf/ ; it will have the same philosophy, the same courses, and GWSB faculty teaching the finance courses. However, the program will be customized for Chinese students. The customized program will offer classes in China during the first year and in the United States during the second. Students are expected to complete an internship in China at the end of the first year with the help of RUC-IC. Those who successfully complete the MSF Program requirements will receive an MSF degree from GWSB as well as a certificate in financial training from RUC-IC.

这个项目是人民大学国际学院（在苏州，不在北京）与GWU合办的，第一年在人大，第二年去GWU，毕业之后拿GWU的文凭，所有同学都是中国人，并且第二年去GWU之后，也不与regular MSF一起上课，因为课程设置还是有些不同。
