Well you know in hospitality they will have good years and bad years. But the amount of people in hospitality that get MBAs is pretty low, so it really puts you at the top of the pack, and should make you VERY hirable. As for what school - Most obvious choice in the US is Cornell which has a super famous hospitality school. Since you have some French you might also look into ESSEC, and other French schools in general could be good options for you as they are very strong in hospitality and it matches your language skills. Take a look also at Kenan Flagler, and U of Phoenix.... But for most of these programs you WILL have to retake your GMAT. You can also go to a good "normal" MBA program without a specific Hospitality direction, but that GMAT is KEY!
