1。原文说的是他今年全部才共有四周可休。他也打算将这四周全部休掉（entire four weeks of paid vacation to which she is entitled this year）。而不是他有很多周可休，然后打算休其中的四周，如果这样，则去年有几周假期可拖到今年就不知道了，也可以是你说的情况。而他今年已经自动有三周了。
