此题听起来总觉得别扭，从感觉上是“时间紧，要快点”，但make it back和 in time的音又特别清楚，每次听都觉得不爽！

是不是make it back in time是习语？或者其它？

make it back 是赶回去的意思.  in time 及时

口语中make it 是"做到"的意思, 可以用在各种各样的语境中, it 也就灵活地指代说话当时所要做的事情. 在这个对话里是"赶回去上课".

再比如:  

Although this assignment is quite challenging, I'm sure I can make it.

虽说这次作业蛮难的, 但我有信心能够完成它.

也就是：赶回去上课。明白了！
