呀，今天刚刚模考做错的题，就搜到bat斑斑的讲解了，很精彩~感谢！

我当初读这句子的时候彻底理解错了，理解成"...1930s commenced that ..." 就像 "I thought that ..."这种SVO结构，所以丈二和尚摸不到头脑，想："it was not long after SVO"这句子不完整啊...
其实是我对commence这词理解不透。

btw: 之前总结的question pack #1的正确句子（那题我也错了，看来对这个强调句型不熟）
