关于purdue家成绩单的问题啊

刚刚在完成purdue krannert的网申。上面有一个Academic Transcript Request Form。好像Krannert的要求是由Registrar填写签字后密封直接寄回学校的。具体要求如下
Complete only the top portion of this form. Your registrar should complete the remainder of the form. Please instruct the registrar for each college attended to return this form and your transcripts in the institution’s standard business envelope directly to the Krannert School of Management Full-time Master’s Programs Admissions Office, Rawls Hall, Room 2020, 100 S. Grant Street, West Lafayette, IN 47907-2076.
。。这好像没考虑中国国情啊如何操作呢？

回信如下
Thank you for your email. In response, the 'Transcript Request Form' is not a mandatory part of the application process. Though we prefer to have it, you may submit your transcripts without this form.
