求问各位大神OSU的MSF托福卡口语么

这个问题我问过小米，他的回复是你仍然可以申请，23只是我们推荐的分数。

“You are eligible to apply for admission into the program as you have met the university's TOEFL requirements. The 100 with 24 speaking scores are recommendations from the programs, please consider them as a guideline rather than a strict rule. ”
