A. In comparasion with that of Indian tribe,
B. Compared to those of Indian tribe

In comparison with 和 compare to 应该怎么区别？我觉得应该是A，为什么是B?

这里更重要的区别是that和those的问题，villages是复数用those吧，感觉意思有点怪。。。 in comparison with和compared to意思一样，compare to更简洁一点

compare with 和 compare to 有什么区别？
compare to 是不同类的比较比如，把什么比作什么的。。。那这题不是不对了么
compare with 是同类的比较

compared with 和 compared to一般不做区别，认为一样，都是比较。同类、不同类是XDF的说法吧，PREP里有题证明不必要这样区别的。
