A investigation conducted by china daily showed that 87.3%of the managers view teamwork as the most important thing in organization,and 12.7% of them thought the strong individual is the key factor to get things done. Obviously,I am one of the majority to hold the point that business and other organizations should value the teamwork.
To begin with,working as a team based on a stong spirit of teamwork and an shared atmosphere while individual’s value based on the a sense of responsibility and a strong willing to serve others. Members who are self-centered cannot provide the real benefits to the organization and even bring some negetive impacts. If they call for more special rights rather than devote themselves into the business actitivy, what their energy hinders on the team progress. This can be best illustrated from the story of "Best Soldier",Michacl King is an outstanding soldier with brilliant skills but always overlooking his own function in the team,he cannot cooperate with the whole arm ,at last millitary kicked him out the arm.
After that,I was stongly convinced that person with the most commitment and energy can push the outcome but he cannot do the whole things."no men is an island ,everyone in the wold is a part of a continet". Everyone in the organization has their own uniqueness and special value no matter what his or her commitment is;every bricks in the buiding has their function no matter where it is and how much it costs;every ant in the colony has their basic job to maintain their offsping no matter it is the ant queen or king.
Finally,futuure business world is a cooperated world,teamwork will be the most popular forms of business operation . With the development of customs's need and the inonvation of techonology,the global business will call for a more integrated supply chain and everyone in the chain should share the limited resource more efficiently in forms of teamwork.In short , the future trends forced us to work as a team, there was no energetic hero but strong team.
