这道题的逻辑漏洞是：

unwarranted assumption: author provide a unwarranted assumption that students prefer to live outside campus because of high rates

还是

忽略它因： author neglect other factors that may lead to decrease in occupancy rates.

imho, they are just the different names for the same fallacy in this case. basically i think 忽略它因 is one kind of unwarranted assumption.
