我理解代词指代的问题在于：

代词指代的referent应该是和代词平级的名词。就是说如果前面的名词作为修饰成分修饰某个主语或宾语，就不能被后面的代词指代。
不过chamber的那道题我觉得D也不会有被错误指代的嫌疑。
