注册后就没继续申请了，结果来了这么封邮件。

Dear XXX,
I hope this email finds you well. The admissions office at the Smith School of Business, University of Maryland has decided to still accept applications for the MSB Programs on a rolling basis. Many have inquired about an extension, wishing to submit their application and we wish to accommodate these requests.
With that said, I would like to offer a guideline for applicants. These guidelines are to help you plan your next few weeks/months and are created to ensure that all parties will have enough time for your possible arrival in August. Ideally, international students should submit the application by June 1st. This gives us enough time to process the application and any other accompanying documents to fulfill visa requirements. Domestic applicants should submit the application by July 30th.
If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to email me directly and I very much look forward to receiving your application.
