The most effective way for a businessperson to maximize profits over a long period of time is to follow the highest standards of ethics.
Nowadays, there is a hot debate over whether the most effective way for a businessperson to maximize profits over a long period of time is to follow the highest standards of ethics. As a matter of fact, this issue is complicated and contentious. People, because of personal experience, emotional concerns, distinct backgrounds and different positions, may hold various views. Thus, there is no universal answer to this question. As far as I know, I tend to agree that high standards of ethics should be the core of business success. My opinion can be strengthened by the following discussions.
In the first place, one of the most important reasons for my view is that trust is the base between businesspersons and their customers. For example, I bought my engagement ring from Tiffany as I have strong trust about their product quality which is ensured by their high standards of business ethics. In this circumstance, it is obvious that high standards of business ethics help businessperson to attract more clients.
Secondly, there is another significant reason for me to choose this statement. To illustrate, high standards of ethics will help businesspersons to appeal more talent employees. For example, Google is one of the largest IT firms in the world. Google can attract most intelligent people to work for it because Google has high standards of ethics towards their employees. People enjoy working in a friendly environment and the efficiency of working is very high.
Admittedly, it may be true that following the highest standards of ethics is expensive. In order to maintain high standards of ethics, businessperson may spend millions of dollars on product quality control, customer service improvement, and working environment changes. However, I believer these costs will be recovered by more product sales and low staff turnover cost.
To sum up, given the reasons discussed above, which sometimes correlated each over to generate an integrate whole and thus become more convincing than any one of them, it is not difficult to draw the conclusion that highest standards of ethics is the way for a businessperson maximize profits in the long run.

但是开头，结尾完全不用摸版是很困难的事情撒。。。
