麻烦问下这个是决定要我了还是只是询问地址？在线等

接到据信太多了。麻烦大家给看下：
The Department of Economics has made a decision on your application for admission to the PhD program for the Fall 2011 semester. We will be sending you an official letter.

However, the mailing address that you have listed on your online application does not register as a full address with our postal system. It is missing a building or street number and a postal code. Could you please provide us with a full mailing address that includes a full street address and postal code?

made a decision on your application for admission 我觉得这个有歧义，是决定下了，但是要没要没说，还是决定要了。之间也收到其他学校的询问地址的，不过过几天就收到了据信。

。。。。没有歧义就是决定了但可能是据信/offer，而且其实offer一般都会先用emial通知的

你把地址给他不就完了么。。。

估计是据信了，一般要的不是这么写的。唉！
