not for us. As long as we are not American Citizen, affirmative action will not apply on us, therefore firms/schools have no obligation to favor us for purely because of our ethnicity/orientation.
Non-discrimination against sex orientation is not even part of Equal Protect Clause in the Constitution . And there is no written laws or whatsoever to give more weight to GLBT group in admission process, for any schools, not mention that most law schools are really conservative. American GLBTs can only sue schools for clear discrimination against their orientation during the admission. they can't claim that schools discriminate them by not including them into the affirmative action. Of course more and more schools are open to GLBTs issue and start to pay attention not to discriminate them in any aspects, but all of those only apply to Americans ( to avoid the possibility to be brought to the court). There is no way foreign nationals can do anything about the potential discrimination therefore I suggest LZ not mention.
