Hello .......,

If you are applying for the MS- Finance program, you can apply to either round one or round two since they both will be notified on March 1st. We can not look at your application materials until we recieve all of your documents. You will want to use the second TOEFL score with your application, if you submit your first score with your application that is the score the admissions comittee will use to evaluate you.
