[求助]New Message Problem

Each time after I log in, it prompts I've got new messages. However, I got no message after open the inbox.

Is there anything wrong?

Maybe I didn't explain it clearly. For example, this time of logging in, I was prompted that there were 2 new messages. After clicking "My Inbox", it became 0.

清空Internet explorer 所有的缓存文件，重新登陆一次，再试试。
