MSF的同学都是怎么找工作的？

我以为是个案，不具备参考性

“我是说普通的MSF的中国学生能留在美国的都在干什么？”

你之前不是已经回答了吗？“10多个中国人，现在只有一个人落实了，还是跟金融无关的小公司”

虚心求教：如果读完回国呢？已经错过了校园招聘，也没有工作经验的话，回国也会很困难吧，又不能参加经验招聘。（翡翠说得很在理，找工作是很个人的事，但是我实在很迷茫，请指点一二吧，谢谢！）
我现在已经在犹豫是否该选择考研了，虽然很多人说国内研究生读起来很浪费时间，但是国内的证券公司不招本科生。

1 看到一些帖子里说有些学校的career service比较好，会有专门的系统发布工作信息，学生就可以通过该系统投递简历，请问哪些学校有这样的服务？

2 MSF除了顶尖的一两个，好学校开的不多，是不是以为着大金融公司是不会来campus visit的？但是大公司都有自己的招聘系统，所以我们同样可以投简历，但是又据说这些公司一般有自己的目标院校，筛简历的时候会被自动过滤掉，投了也是白投？

There is few chances for international student to be hired by top companies in financial industry.

Wall street? Don’t even think about it, especially the students from master programs without any working experience.

I don’t know much about MBA job market, but I am sure that top 10 MBA dominate most job opportunities in such companies.



3 如果上述两条路行不通的话，又想留在美国，是不是意味着要通过Monster等网站海投简历了？还有其他的途径吗？

Network.
Make as many friends as you can.They might not help you get a offer directly, but they will provide you with information which is very essential for job hunting.
Tell you something interesting.
Generally speaking, senior managers who are Chinese tend to hire Chinese. Indian managers hire Indians. American managers hire native speakers regardless of skin color.  You guys laugh at Indian accent on CD. But  Americans can understand them and they don't have communication barrier at all.
In my group, there are 1/3 Chinese, which is unusual in USA. The reason is simple, the VP/CIO in our group is Chinese( not a ABC).
So I will suggest you establish good network with successful managers who is originally from China.

4 牛逼的本科、MBA能去投行干，好的MFE去做quant、trading，那么MSF的同学一般都去什么样的公司呢？去商业银行的，都是什么岗位？

Commercial bank? Na, that's for citizen.
Corporate finance is the answer.
Choose some accounting courses in MSF program if you don't have the ambitious or chance to work on the Wall Street or IB.
Bigger companies have more buget to hire foreigners. For example, in Austin, Dell relatively hires more H1B employees. These employees are from UT-Austin, Duke and so on.
