就要考试了，总结ISSUE的时候发现有篇没有什么思路
请问063： as government bureacracy increases, citizens become more and more separated from their government.要怎么写啊？提供中文思路或提纲就最好啦。万分感谢！！

1、admittedly, as the bureaucracy increases, citizens, who want to seek for help from their government or to ask the government questions， may get confused becasuse they do not know what department they should ask.
2、why are they increased----to meet the needs of the citizens, and therefore they actually service people better
3、do they separate citizens from government?----modern technology,such as hotlines , the websites of bureaucracies provides alternative access to them.
这是我随便想想的。。。不知道对LZ有没有帮助。

我想的是重点写：通过现在的网络，监督体制什么的可以是citizen更好的与政府交流，而不是separate两者
不过我有一点其实好疑惑的，这个官僚主义到底具体是要说些什么呢？贪污这类的我可以讲吗
