根据prep08里的解释，which只能指代物，不可以指代人，而A此处的which明显指代了women，所以肯定错

正确答案：C。RON的解释是“if the PROPORTION ITSELF did something, then "proportion" itself is the subject, and you use a singular verb:
the proportion of filipinos living in milpitas has increased --> it's the actual proportion that has increased (filipinos can't "increase") “但是如果不是proportion这类数量词本身发出的动作，而是他后面名词发出的，动词的单复数取决于后面的名词。比如这道题，不是比例工作而是women工作，所以用work.
