答案:E, 我选了C.这题原先有讨论过.

LZM说:E中的as 是做"比如说",我查了金山词霸,For instance:

我想问的是

1)as 做比如说时,应直接联系名词才对,怎么会是加了一个时间从句,文理上不通.

as 用法：adv.同样地, 被看作, 象；prep.当做；conj.与...一样, 当...之时, 象, 因为。在文中作连词，表示当。。。，而不是表示做比如说。
第二题用as when也不对，应为扭曲了原文的意思，因为原文是要强调truman支持的重要性，而且有一种因果关系在里面。
第三题，allergy to是固定用法，省略只能省名词，介词绝对不省。
这是我个人见解，欢迎大家批评指正。

7.题我的理解:
由于a选项用了when从句,一般情况下保持句子原句意思以a为主.
因此,选e比c好,另外从逻辑上也理解的通.as在此句中表示原因,是因为的意思.

11. 主要还是要通过逻辑意思作题.
我觉得有时候题作多了,容易产生不良惯性,凭着语法和语感就选了,所以我想考试的时候还要细心点.

1、 as 一般有两种用法（1）such as 表列举。（2）可以做adv，意思为“象这样的”可as, when是连词，副词修饰连词是没有错的。
再举各例子：The subscriber's contact information is also used to contact the subscriber when necessary, such as when the subscriber has forgotten his or her username or password.（http://forum.chasedream.com/dispbbs.asp?boardID=23&ID=1788）
其实，这个时候as和such as的意思是一致的。

2、有个简单办法，把such as 去掉一定使得整个结构保持完整。这是避免你误选的办法当你的划线部分出现了such as结构，但是有两个选项是有大的差异的时候是可以用这种方法避免误选。

不知道回答清楚没有，如果没有请继续跟贴。

allerge to 是固定搭配！在二中identify food allergies, milk, （最好把逗号去掉）你认为milk可以合理的作为成分吗？但是在（1）中identify food allergies, to milk, （最好把逗号去掉）这个结构是十分合理的。

ETS经常用such as 这种词来干扰我们的视线，所以我们对付它就是把它去掉看结构。这个题目就是你不知道allerge to 是固定搭配,如果你去掉了such as和“，”你就会发现（2）中的milk是不对的。

其实LZM自己在前面的p189已经讲解清楚，不知为何在后面的练习解答时却胡言乱语。
