A strategic planning opportunity at a foreign bank in Shanghai

Responsiblities:
* Strategic planning including but not limited to mid/long-term
corporate strategies, annual business plan, management structure,
geographical expansion, infrastructure capacity/capability and risk
management, etc.
* Produce timely management reporting and essential business
performance statistics to facilitate business and operations monitoring,
review and planning.
* Help drive and track major projects and business initiatives
* Prepare presentations and reports for the Executive Committee, Board
and various Group forums
* Draft correspondence and reports addressing to internal and external
stakeholders, in particular government and regulating authorities

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience at a consulting firm, big 4 audting firm with extensive exposure to
banking related projects; or at a foreign bank in China within strategy/planning/business
deveopment functions
* Bachelor/Master's degree from a reputable university in China, ideally with an MBA degree.
* Native mandarin, fluent in English.
