兴冲冲咬到了offer的骨头，就屁颠屁颠答应了，今天才发现，有个不尴不尬的问题。
“You have been awarded a research/teaching stipend of $18,000 for your first academic year (8/10-8/11). The award also includes a waiver of all tuition. For each semester that you have an assistantship stipend, you will pay, at current rates, only the fee for registration and student activity and insurance fees. This award is for the first year of study and it is not a contractual obligation; the award of assistantship stipends is contingent on satisfactory performance in both your academic and research activities. Assuming you perform well in the program, the department will continue to fund your study.”
我还没有收到I-20,这个签证的时候会不会出问题？大家的offer是不是都不这么勉勉强强的？
