single 后面加复数？感觉怪。除非表示单身的，如single women/ men 等到。

如果改成the biggest single component 不知道可不可以。longman 上有the single biggest sth 的用法。表示强调。估计这里是故意迷惑的错误。

paper 不可数，所以CD错；E改变句子重心，错；B主从句时态在逻辑上不对（你自己看他们的先后：）。

所以，A是对的。
