如果不用to produce而是用and producing的话，那么producing只能跟mining并列，也就是have succeeded for the first time in producing energy on a commercial scale，显然不符合实际，energy的量产早就通过别的方式，不仅仅mining heat就已经达到了，所以这里mining heat的目的就是to produce energy，要用不定式.
可是for the first time 不是应该修饰have succeed吗？是‘第一次挖热，“并且”产生’。。。
