1) globolization is an inevitable trend, making the people's cognition as citizen of the world more important. The success of closer international co-operation mainly depends on whether the individule nations are willing to and actually make effort. And people are the key component of a nation. without the cognition of citizen of the word of their people, individule nations could impossible make the right decision base on the best interest of the world. European Union is an good example to think globally and act in team.
2) however sometimes, people and then indivdule nation have the tendency to be he bestlocalism. The best case to illustrate the case is the potectionism happened in this finacial crisis. ryonetheless, no trying is not justified only by the difficulties. The world is becoming smaller and smaller for the fast development of the technology and economy, so the international cooperation is becoming more importment and as a integrated part of the world, people have to adjust themselves accordingly. And the best start of the adjustment is understanding that their role as citizens of the world is more important than their role as citizens of a particular country
3) in sum, people as the individule national are prone to localism, however as the globalization and international cooperation are necessary and pritoval, people would better understand that their role as citizens of the world sometimes is more essential for the development and thrive of themselves and then their nations.

我的提纲：
The arguer does bring an important issue on the table that the regional differences will be endangered by the globalization. The globalization benefits world-widely and is inevitable, while it does jeopardize some regional culture and make the world homogeneity.
1) benefits the globalization brings to us(life easier; promote the technology growth; make people more tolerate to others with distinct background);
2) endangered some local culture and value. KFC -- local food and flavor; souvenir could be purchased everywhere and become alike;
3) those damages to the local culture leads to world homogeneity. As be the case with biosphere, less diversity could leads to the imbalance of the whole. Thereby, while we enjoy the advantages provided by globalization, we have to pay attention to preserve the local culture to make our world unified but still diversified.
