UTD状态incomplete的疑惑

发现TO DO LIST上面还有对于中英文学位证书的要求

但是我还是大四的学生，并没有学位啊

我寄送的材料中就已经包含了“在读证明”了，为何TO DO LIST上面还有这学位证书要求？

不懂

然后因为有这个学位证书的TO DO LIST，我的状态也一直INCOMPLETE，怎么办啊这是的

我发过邮件问别人回的：

Thank you for your interest in UT Dallas. We understand that you will not receive your final college transcript, official degree certificate, and official provisional certificate until you graduate. Once you have graduated, we will need all three documents. An admission decision can be made before we receive all of the documents, but the status of your application will remain "incomplete" until we have received all of the documents.

If you have any other questions, please contact us again or call the Welcome Center at 972-883-2270.
