在类似情况下（既可以通过任命相应职位来偿还政治人情），市长D的政治人情从没有欠得更久。（意思就是类似的政治人情以往都兑现了）     所以A可以作为这次政治人情也会兑现的前提~   没问题

但我认为D、E也都有一定的道理

D.是否有资格与任命无关。  即市长不会因为L没资格而不认命他，这可以看做是个排除了一个他因的assumption吧

E.唯一能够充分偿还L的政治人情的方法就是任命职位。   这也应该是个有效的assumption啊  即排除了通过其他手段偿还政治人情的可能
