正确答案是C，但是自由疑惑的是D，E错在哪里了，我觉得红体字表达挺好的

(d) 和原文一样, 用with和reflecting会变成成修饰quota, 与逻辑意思中作为 it (offer) 的表语不一样, 而发生歧义.

(e)的话, 如果把定语从句that reflected that minority hiring and eventual promotion省略不看, 则变成一独立句子, 与前面的句子用逗号相连接, 发生文法上的错误.

谢谢您的帮助，E我明白了，是文法错误，但是D为什么不能理解是现在分词短语简洁的表示一个伴随动作或者结果状态呢？谢谢再次帮助，自由想把错的选项每个错在哪里的知识点弄透，才可以应对ETS的SC变化无常，谢谢大家

不好意思, 对予(D)的讲法有点出入, reflecting 这个动作不是用来修饰quota, 而是表是一伴随状态 . 所以你说的用法没错

但是, 文法上没错, 逻辑意思上有出入, 如果用(C)中的and代表并列地表达两个动作, 如果用伴随结果, 则有前后因果关系 (譬如 XDF-S3-Q8)

举个例子:

Walking on the street, I find a coffee shop. (先发生walk的动作, 后才有find的动作)

I walk on the street and find a coffee shop.(walk和find同时发生)
