主语是The thirteen original British colonies in North America
谓语是had
宾语是a written charter

如果是这样子的话，那虽然是each，表现在时态的时候不是得用Have了

整个句子的结构是The thirteen original British colonies each had a written charter
some,others是修饰colonies，但是不明白两个修饰语之间怎么没有连接的词呢
主，修饰语，修饰语，谓斌，这样的结构对吗，manhattan，modifier中说到修饰语，修饰语，主谓宾的结构必错呀，求指导！！！

接上面的，那个因为its指代的是前面的colony，因此必须用each，从而排除带all的选项，这样想可以吗

A结构是 The thirteen original...in North America each had a .... “each”是13个英属殖民地的同位语，类似于 we each have a apple这种结构。

[size=1em]为什么这里的B不对，新东方上课的时候老师讲，while后面一定要跟句子，但是我觉得Celiachen说的才是对的。可是根据while可以省略的方式，那么这题B也是可以的，但是答案是E

介宾短语不能以省略的形式出现在从句的先行词后面，这就是B选项的错误。可以出现在先行词后面的有v-ing, v-ed和形容词。

我感觉可以用with的独立主格结构，但是如果像你说的那样把while去掉的话，也不对，应该改成：
with some formed as commercial ventures and others as religious havens, each had a written charter
因为如果没有and的话others as religious havens成分就不明确了
