作文题目是：有钱的话应该买房子还是买公司？  本来是求拍砖，但一块都没收到，请大家帮忙看看是不是写得真没啥问题了？

A house, or a business? Which would you like to purchase when you have enough money? Some people who hold the opinion that possessing a house is the dream they most want to realize naturally choose to buy the first, while other people may consider it differently. From my perspective, the answer is a business.

The decisive factor I think should be pointed out at the very beginning is that purchasing a business makes the opportunity to receive a far more profit for the investor. For example, my boss John, who had spent 168 million dollars buying a small game company four years ago, made the company listed on NASDOQ after one year and eventually earned 1452 million dollars which is 5 times more than he earned from the equal amount of money he had invested in a house at the same time. Taking into account of the return on investment, a business means greater potential to increase in value.

In addition, an equally essential factor which deserves people's attention is a business might be beneficial to the whole society, not only to its owner, but also to many other people. Obviously, a business which needs to sustain its normal operation and hire some employers provides positions for the ones looking for jobs. Furthermore, the taxes a business pays can be made use of by the government to improve the living standard of people, for instance, to establish new hospitals and schools. The more businesses contribute, the more people benefit.

Admittedly, it may be true that a business is more likely to have a serious lose which even results in a bankruptcy because of poor management. Comparably, the value of a house remains stable in most case and buying a house takes a low risk of failure.

All in all, although purchasing a business is at risk to some extent, the business could bring a huge profit to the investor and many important contributions to the whole society. People who have enough money should try to invest in a business and operate it properly.
