这个问题困扰了一个多星期了，本人不甚感激！！

if currently enrolled, indicate the date you entered that school in the "Start Date" and enter approximate last day of attendance in the "Last Date of Attendance". List schools beginning with the most recent.

本人是硕士在读，06年9月入学，09年6月毕业，那么时间怎样填写啊？
