Yale在线申请时出现的问题---推荐人

请教：（1）我在公司无法登陆Yale在线申请系统，总报告出错，其他学校没有遇到问题。可是Yale的在家可以登陆。有没有人遇到相同的情况？

（2）我在线填写推荐人信息时，填完后总显示Incomplete applicant personal information，可我看来看去，没有可以再填写的地方了。而且也没有看到"Click Here to Send to Recommender" 的链接。请问是怎么回事？谢谢！

Recommendations

List two (2) individuals who will provide professional recommendations for you. Ideally, at least one of the recommenders should be in a position to assess your performance at your most recent job. Once you have entered the required recommender information, hit the "Click Here to Send to Recommender" link to email the online recommendation form to your recommenders.

To ensure the objectivity and independence of your recommendations, they must be entirely the work of your recommenders; you may not have any involvement in their drafting or submission.

Although we strongly encourage you to use electronic submission, if a recommender is unable to submit online, you can download and print a paper recommendation form to send to that recommender. Please note that submitting a paper recommendation may delay the processing of your application.

是你在申请人个人信息那里没有填完整吧，并不是在申请人部分没填完整，你自己去查查自己的名字，电子邮件什么都填好了吗？
