关于as ...as 和more than 结构的问题

我看了三楼的比较句，我尝试自己去改了改这个句子的形态。大家帮我看看对不对！我语法实在太差。错了帮我指出来！我好知道错在哪里。
如According to a survey of graduating medical students conducted by the Association of American Medical Colleges, minority graduates are nearly four times more likely than are other graduates in planning to practice in socioeconomically deprived areas.

1.minority graduates are nearly four times as likely as other graduates to plan on practing
2.minority graduates are more than nearly four times as likely as other graduates to plan on practing
3.minority graduates practise in socioeconomically deprived areas are nearly four times likely than other graduates.

第四种我实在不太知道@！大家别笑，谁叫我语法差呢。

主系表结构的比较如果从句系动词与主句相同，其实系动词是可省可不省的。

此题关键是 be likely to do 是固定搭配，据此排除A

一.likely to do sth；
二.minority graduates 是复合名词，照理解are前面省略的是minority graduates ，那minority graduates are other graduates 就出现了歧义。

白勇的语法书上说过， “....times+形容词／副词比较级＋than....属于有争议的结构，标准书面语种避免用此结构”，也就是说times 和than不能同时出现在一句句子中
