"has come to"表示一过程，是不可以省略的，否则就改变了题意

三个错：1. may have表示过去的定义，但其实这题并不是说这是个旧定义，而是说定义扩张了而已，所以对于generally解释这个term的含义，不需要加have来表过去（理论上含义并没有变）
2. 要体会laying out和用名词lay out的区别，毕竟是说设计这个工种，所以应该去强调动作（强调到底是干什么），而且后面也说了这是个work。
3. 体会B有come to的不一样。C的话虽然语法上正确，假设作者是想表达以前是（may have）是那个定义，现在不一样了，那直接用现在完成时显然不对，因为逻辑上是矛盾的 ------以前是定义A，从以前某时候到现在定义A扩大了 ----- 显然B加了come to更表示了改变（如楼上所说，强调了过程）
总结：这是一个非常好的需要通过语义和逻辑判断的题
