答案选择d. 我自己认为选择B。

B从语法上来讲是完全正确的，be convinced that ....sth. should +动词原形..........，and that.......  其中should可以省略, 这是中学里学的虚拟语态。

而D中用了belonged in,而且where修饰university 感觉where应该紧连被修饰词，不应该前面加逗号。

谢谢Fadaway,不过我觉得这2个从句不是因果关系。

where作为非限定性定语从句修饰university. 而我先前说的convince带宾语从句用虚拟语态是错误的，只有用suggest等表示建议的动词加宾语从句时，从句才用虚拟语气，并且虚拟语气中的should省略。

现在想明白为什么选D了～～
