There is no need for part-time or executive MBA students to use the recruiting resources. They have a job already! Some part-time people I've seen change their jobs after one year of MBA program. In a sense, part-time MBA students can start finding a job earlier than full-time students and can start working in the new job eariler. Being flexible could be strategic in a depressed job market during recession. Well, both full time and part time programs have pros and cons. But it is hard to argue one is definitely better than the other given the dynamic market environment. |
